Democratic Party (DP) has reacted on Wednesday regarding the huge amount of cannabis sativa caught in Italy, around 2.5 tons.
One of the MP's of this party, Enkelejd Alibeaj, accused PM Rama and his government, saying that he has permitted the ships to transport drugs through sea.
"Catching another record of narcotics amount from Albania on the Italian coast is a strong evidence of the government's linkage to drug trafficking. The ship with 2.5 tons of Cannabis Sativa has passed under the nose of Albanian Police and radars eyes, which was later captured by Italian authorities who have been for a long time now, fully alert and alerted by Albanian drugs. It does not have to happen otherwise when the country is governed by a Prime Minister whose brother is directly involved in cocaine traffic," accused Alibeaj.
He added by reminding the 613 kg of cocaine caught in Durres harbor a while ago, saying that Police with the Prosecution have not yet found the truth, by not bringing the right people before justice.
