Czech Mnistry of Foreign Affairs: No Cases of Violence Against Tourists in Albania

The Czech ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted on the murder of two Czech tourists in Dukagjin on Friday evening. The official statement affirmed the fact that this was an isolated case and that almost there are no cases of violence against tourists in Albania.

Meanwhile, new details came out after the investigation for the murder. First investigations brought out that the two tourists were killed with bullets in the head, which reinforces the suspicion that one of the principal authors of this incident was the person who was traveling as a companion or as a passenger along with tourists.

Police suspect that in this atrocity there were also other people involved, who set up an ambush against the tourists. On Saturday police accompanied about 35 people, who allegedly knew about this incident.
