The Democratic Party (DP), Enkelejd Alibeaj, accused on Wednesday the Prime Minister Edi Rama, for blocking Inquiry Committee investigations against his former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri.
According to him, Rama has illegally ordered the Classified Information Security Department to delay and block the equipment with a security certificate of opposition MPs at the Inquiry Committee.
"Six weeks after the establishment of the Tahiri Inquiry Committee, no major investigative decision was taken because the work of the members of the Committee was blocked by Edi Rama, "said Alibeaj.
He added by speaking in the name of DP and calling PM Rama to abandon the illegal practices of blocking the work of the Inquiry Committee and violating the constitutional right of the opposition for parliamentary control.
