The Shkodra Court of Appeal, composed of Judges Astrit Kalaja, Hajrie Mulmataj and Vojsava Osmanaj, took the decision on Friday for the 11 Kukesi citizens, arrested for the Nation's Road toll protest on March 31.
They decided to release 7 protesters with the security measure by submission obligation and holding 3 of them in jail.
