EU rapporteur for Albania, Knut Fleckenstein is trustful that EU will recommends the opening of accession negotiations with Albania.
In a press conference on Thursday he said that the first six months of this year are very important for Albania and all expects unconditional opening of accession negotiations.
"I do not want to comment the last protests for the Nation's Road toll. As I heard, new ideas comes on this issue. Sometimes it is necessary for the people to tell the government that there are limits," said Fleckenstein.
