The Prime Minister's Edi Rama speech in Parliament this Thursday sounded as an apologize for the citizens Northern cities of Albania on the Nation's Road toll.
He publicly accepted that Government did not explain the new toll road to the citizens causing panic and disinformation.
That's why; no toll will be applied for this road until Government will find a solution for the citizens of these cities.
"I must say that it is our responsibility that we did not give the right explanations on the new Nation's Road toll. We must have done this before applying the toll road," said Rama.
