Albanians and all those who will travel along the Nation's Road must pay the new tax so the road can be maintained in good conditions.
This was the argument used by the Prime Minister, Edi Rama in Parliament this Thursday to support the last decision of his Government to apply for the first time in Albania the new tax EUR 5-10.
He even reminds that was the former Democrat Prime Minister, Sali Berisha was the first who proposed the idea of the tax, and that is the reason according to him why the opposition must not objects.
"This decision was necessary to maintain the road. Was Berisha the first that proposes the new tax on 2010, so the debate by the opposition on this issue is totally absurd.
