Durresi Prosecution will investigate the sensitive issue of the 613 kg of cocaine seized in the Harbor of the city.
The Serious Crimes Prosecution declared on Tuesday the incompetence for this inquiry considering that the file is classified under narcotics trafficking and not organized crime.
Actually up to 300 files currently in the hands of Serious Crimes Prosecutors are expected to be transferred to the districts prosecutions due to the law changes.
The 613 kg of cocaine were sequestered at the end of February, the police is looking for the owner of the company that was supposed to receive the cargo, while the driver of the truck and the manager of "Arbi Garden" are in custody.
