Time for the opening of a new page in Albanian-Greek relations has arrived. The Greek Ambassador in Albania, Eleni Sourani expressed her certitude during a conference titled 'Albanian - Greek Relations Review' that took place on Tuesday.
In her address Ambassador Sourani stressed that two countries current collaboration is based on a positive agenda.
"The Albanian - Greek relations are very important for both countries citizens. Our nations mutual collaboration goes way back in time. A positive agenda has been currently drafted by both countries authorities. But I would also like to ad that there's a false perception by the media for the existence of major problems. I believe that time for the opening of a new page in our bilateral relations has arrived," said Ambassador Sourani.
In conclusion she underlined that Greece provides support to the region's countries in the framework of European integration.
