Shkodra Municipality has given e detailed information on the situation of the floods in the terrain it controls and monitors as to 9:00 on Monday. The total amount of land flooded reaches 1455 acres. Shkodra municipality is closely monitoring the situation and responding to emergencies promptly.
This institution has helped 55 inhabitants to be accommodated in the student dormitory and has delivered food package to them as well. Also the municipality has delivered necessary food and water for people and living stock, as well as helped people make their escape from flooded building to houses of their kin.
Due to melting of the snow, the mountain region is reported problematic as well. The necessary immediate means for survival in the flooded livestock area is as follows:

There are around 200 flooded houses and it is necessary to supply with drkinking water, while Shkodra Municipality is doing all it can. The road Belaj-Rrushkull can be passed only with military trucks. In the Dajç road there has been the fall of some pegs of electricity, so it is requested upon OSHEE to intervene.
Ana e Malit Administrative Unit: 1250 acres flooded
177 houses are flooded, 150 in Obot village and 27 in Gorice village. Water supply Oblika 1 and 2 are out of function. Shkodra Municipality is furnishing inhabitants with food and water.
Berdice Administrative Unit: 780 acres flooded
