Constitutional Court is passing its biggest crisis since the creation after 1990. After the discharge of one of its members, Fatos Lulo due to the vetting law and the resignation of Besnik Ymeraj early this year, this court remained with only 5 members.
"Constitutional Court is not functioning in some aspects," accepted the chairman, Bashkim Dedja.
He urged that the vacancies must be replaced and the procedures must be accelerated.
