Greece, 13 Albanians Arrested in Drugs Trafficking Bust

Some 21 people, 13 Albanians, 4 Greeks, 1 Georgian, 1 Moldavian and 1 Bulgarian, have been arrested by Greek police during a large scale anti-narcotics raid.

The Greek police informed that this criminal group was involved in drugs smuggling and robberies.

They managed to smuggle some 55 Kg of Marijuana and 1.5 Kg of Cocaine to Greece since December 2017 and also realize 4 robberies, the police reported.A quantity of 23 Kg of Marijuana, 200 grams of Cocaine, guns, knives, two motorcycles along with a sum of EUR 8500 were seized in quality of material proofs during this raid.

Another quantity of 14.8 KG of heroine and a quantity of foreign currencies were also seized during the arrest of an Albanian couple, part of this criminal network.
