The Democrat leader, Lulzim Basha raises many questions about the huge cocaine haul seized in Durres a few days ago.



He declared on Monday in parliament that a similar traffic with a value of EUR 180 Million could not depend on the chances of success but was based on strong political support and previous successful attempts.

"Everybody knows that when dealing with such huge quantity of drugs a series of preliminary test through the smuggling of minor quantities are done. The same company that brought the cocaine quantity from Colombia brought a total of 97 cargos from Colombia. How many times were these cargo inspected? Was the cargo inspected at least one time?

Why the company's owner left Albania one week ago? He had been signaled since many years to the Albanian authorities as a suspected beneficent of cocaine traffic from Latin America to Europe," declared Basha.
