Some 62.5 kilograms of marijuana are seized by Greek police in Kapshtica border crossing leading to the arrest of an Albanian driver. The 59-years old Albanian, whose name has not yet been made public, was arrested in flagrance on Wednesday while trying to smuggle the narcotics quantity.

The narcotics quantity had been hidden in 5 large bags which were seized in quality of material proofs.

Two Greek citizens that were waiting on the other side of the border to transport the narcotics to the final destination were also arrested in flagrance.

The arrested individuals are being currently questioned by the Greek police over the origin and destination of the narcotics quantity.
