The soft loan program, an initiative of the Municipality of Tirana will restart by the end of February. Mayor Erion Veliaj announced on Sunday the imminent opening of the 2nd phase of this program aimed to help families and young couples who want to buy a home. He gave this positive news for many families in Tirana during a lunch in the house of young couple that benefited from the program�s first phase.

The mayor also added that the program for soft loans for housing helped more than 1000 new and in need families who were unable to cope with the market interests to buy their home.

He also underlined that the winners of the second phase of this program should follow the procedures with the bank within the year, to be announced as soft loans winners.
