The Interior Ministry has reacted on Friday after the accusations of the Democratic Party over the agreement reached earlier this day between the Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj and the Provisional Chief Prosecutor, Arta Marku.
�The Interior Ministry apologizes for today's opposition statements to the meaningless concern and this is not the first agreement, nor the only one in the context of efforts to deepen cooperation between institutions in the fight against criminality and organized crime in particular. Today, what we expected from the opposition was a support for the will and the steps thrown by the State Police and other bodies in the fight against illegality. They may be silent or if they cannot, they are invited to co-operate and monitor, within the legal boundaries, all the work of the Special Task Force "Force of Law," stated Interior Ministry.
