The approval of a draft for the opening of negotiations for the airport construction was made public on Wednesday by the chief of executive, Edi Rama.
�The draft that enables the opening of negotiations for the new airport in Vlora construction contract was approved by the government. I hope that the same will soon be done for Kukesi airport,� said PM Rama.
