The Self-Determination Movement MPs, Albin Kurti and Donika Kada Bujupi have been released from pre-detention. Their release was based on the verdict issued on Friday by Basic Court of Pristina which followed the prosecutor�s pretence and defense lawyers� last statement.

The Self-Determination MPs, Kurti and Kada Bujupi, along with MPs Albulena Haxhiu and Fatjon Topalli are facing trial on grounds of official�s obstruction to fulfill his duty and use of dangerous objects in parliament.

In a brief statement in front of the judges Kurti underlined that their actions may be labeled as parliamentary disobedience not as penal act.
