A fund of EUR 57 Million is expected to be allocated by the government in the framework of judicial reform implementation. This fund will be mostly used for the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) and Special Courts.
A reserve fund to be used during a four-year period of time will be allocated by the government for this purpose. Part of the money will serve for the salaries of investigators at the NBI, SPAK prosecutors and Special Court judges.

Also, this fund will be used to purchase wire-tapping equipment and other instruments for SPAK, including the three above mentioned bodies.
The money will also be used for office, staff training, and salary increases for all justice people who pass Vetting.
For these bodies there is a great expectation that a new chapter will be opened in the fight against crime and corruption at high levels, under the example of Croatia and Romania.
