A group of students join the Tirana Municipality initiative donating toys for the children in one of the many social centers of the capital. The gifts were distributed in presence of Mayor Erion Veliaj who expressed the deepest gratitude for the students that found some time to help those children that come from families in need.

�I am deeply grateful to those students for this modest contribution. This is a fantastic example of solidarity and support toward the people in need. The best way to help someone is by joining the voluntaries network or cooperating with social centers ensuring that the aid goes to those that really need a hand on their shoulder. No one may help a child by giving him coins on the street. This way of doing only serves to the interests of those that exploit the children for this vile purpose. Let whoever is willing to do something for the street�s children contribute by bringing them in the social centers where they may be fed, treated and educated in the best possible way,� said Veliaj.
