'Prime Minister Edi Rama is from now on the countrys new chief prosecutor'. SMI Group Chairman Petrit Vasili summarized with only four lines on Monday the fruit that produced the governments initiative for the unilateral election of the Provisional General Prosecutor.

Vetting died today! Some 69 Socialist MPs captured by Edi Rama elected the party's chief prosecutor without wetting. Since today the Prime Minister is also the new chief prosecutor. Democracy in Albania is highly endangered, declared Vasili.

The election of Arta Marky as provisional chief prosecutor was done under extreme conditions. Oppositions MPs threw gas canister inside the parliament in an attempt to obstruct the voting process but failed to do so.
