The Albanian National Territory Council (NTC), which is expected to take place in Shkodra on Saturday, was preceded by protests against Prime Minister Edi Rama. A group of young boys and girls, representatives of Democratic Party (DP) Youth Forum, �welcomed� the Premier holding banners with slogans like �Crime captured Government�, �Garbage�s Government�, etc.

They staged a brief protest in front of the city�s cinema were the NCT meeting is expected to take place. In spite of the massive presence of police forces no confrontation was registered during this peaceful protest.
