Democratic Party seems more than determined to prove that the sum of EUR 836.000 seized in businessman Orest Sota car belongs to the former-Socialist Minister of Interior Sajmir Tahiri. The Democrat MP Enkelejd Alibeaj disproved through a document published on Wednesday Sota�s alibi that the money would serve for a transaction with �Kurum� company.

�The huge sum of money seized in businessman Sota�s car could not be used for this purpose on view of the fact that no transaction in cash is allowed by �Kurum� company. This fact is clearly proven by this official document. Thus, Sota�s alibi is nothing more than a deception aimed to hide the money�s origin. The money and the boating licenses seized by the police belong to no one else by Tahiri,� declared Alibeaj.
