The Habilaj's clan financier, Nazer Seiti will not be extradited to Italy, at least for the time being. Remand in prison was issued by the Serious Crimes Court as security measure for Seiti at the end of Wednesday�s session temporarily blocking his extradition to Italy.

The court�s decision was based on a request submitted by the Prosecution of Serious Crime to postpone his extradition giving more to a full inquiry on his involvement in Habilaj clan�s criminal activity.

Seiti was expected to be extradited to Italy on November 14 in accordance to a previous decision issued by the Serious Crimes Court.
