The fate of former-Minister of Interior Sajmir Tahiri parliamentary mandate stands in the hands of Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) MP, Nasip Na�o. His vote in the Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity Council would make the difference between the acceptation or the overruling of Serious Crimes Prosecution request.

�I am in favor of the prosecution�s request for Tahiri�s parliamentary mandate removal. He should be equally treated as any other MP if there a legal basis for this request. This is moral standard. Tahiri should not hide behind the parliamentary immunity. I will play neither the role of prosecutor nor the role of judge in this meeting. I am just an MP that will consider this request,� said Na�o, implying that he would vote pro this request.

He also invited the Socialist Parliamentary (SP) parliamentary group to clear the path to a much-expected process by the Albanian citizens.
