A new Ethic Code is supposed to fix all problems within the Albanian Parliament. The new rules were made public by the chairman of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, who unveiled that anyone can speak without Speaker's permit or can come in the session not properly dressed.
According to the new rules, all will be affected because the new Ethic Code predicts that the MPs cannot use their phones during the Parliamentary Sessions.
In fact, this rule is even in the actual code but no one respected it so far, either MPs nor the members of the Council of Ministers.
Another rule, which is expected to affect mostly the opposition is that: 'a MP cannot disrupt the Parliamentary Session, offends the other or speaks without permit violating the regulation'.
Prime Minister, Edi Rama will be affected also by the new rules. New Ethic Code requires an official dress code. Meanwhile Premiers many times likes to use sneakers instead of shoes.
