Taulant Balla is the new General Secretary of Socialist Party (SP) National Assembly. His name was announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama at the end of his speech in the SP Assembly on Saturday.

�I would ask from the Assembly to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Secretary General Gramoz Ruci by appointing in this position Taulant Balla,� declared PM Rama.

Earlier Gramoz Ru�i announced his resignation from this position within SP structures on view of his new role as Speaker and the insufficient time to dedicate to the previous position.
