Vasilika Hysi will be the parliament's new Deputy Speaker. Her appointment in this position was announced on Thursday by the Socialist Party (SP) parliamentary group chair, Taulant Balla.

�Vasilika Hysi has been appointed as the new Deputy Speaker by decision of the Socialist Party (SP) headship,� declared Balla, speaking to journalists after the headship meeting.

Likewise he informed them about another decision related to the Socialist MPs presence during parliamentary sessions

�No Socialist MP will be allowed to travel abroad during the parliamentary session. This decision also aims to lower the government�s expenses for the MPs abroad visits,� declared Balla.
