Based on a time-frame of four years, the 28 page document outlines policies in a number of key areas.
This document, which will be presented on Monday in Parliament by the Prime Minister Edi Rama, commits to progressing a strong 'social economy'.
It commits to realize economic growth to 5.5-6%, decrease public debt under 60%, increase employment, salaries and pensions.
Second key point is the implementation of the judicial reform and to improve the performance of the Public Administration.
Premier underlines that this mandate will be the one of the huge investments in education and health.
Another important chapter is the one of the integration process. SP underlines in the program its objective to start as soon as possible the opening of the accession negotiations with EU.
