The President of the Republic, Ilir Meta had a meeting on Friday with the Chairman of the Party of Democratic Union for Integration (BDI), Ali Ahmeti.
During this meeting, President Meta praised the contribution of BDI in the interest of Macedonia's stability and its European agenda.
The President stressed the importance of the full implementation of the Ohrid Agreement in order to respect the rights of the Albanians in Macedonia and to improve the mutual trust between Albanians and Macedonians in the interest of the country's Euro-Atlantic integration.
President Meta expressed his commitment to strengthening the cooperation between Albania and Macedonia in the interest of the two countries and the European perspective of the region.
