The Croatian Supreme Court refused on Tuesday the request made by Ismail Morina to not be extradited in Serbia.
According to this court, there are not sufficient arguments to accept the request of Morina, the Albanian national fan who raided the ethnic flag on the stadium Of Belgrade, who already hates hate extradition to Serbia.
But he has another chance. The final decision on his extradition is on the hands of the Croatian Justice Minister.
A few days ago, the first instance court in Dubrovnik, after reviewing the file filed by the High Court, decided to approve the Albanian extradition to Belgrade.
The Albanian, known as Ballisti, refuses to go to Serbian prisons, claiming to be discriminated against because of their ethnicity and social status.
Morina is required for the act committed on October 14, 2014, during the Serbia-Albania match, where the rise of the drones has been characterized by Serbian justice authorities as a criminal offense that incites hatred among the nations and religions
But despite the verdicts of the judiciary, the extradition or not of the Albanians depends on the signature of the Croatian Justice Minister
