The south-eastern team of �Scanderbeg� managed to reach the third round of Europe League after winning with 2-0 score the 2nd match against Kairat Almaty. The Albanian team prevailed on the adversary dominating the game most of the time despite the fact that the Kazakh team had a number of qualitative players and very high budget.

Scanderbeg got the lead thanks to a goal scored by Lilaj in the 50th minute but the qualification became uncertain in the 75th minute when a player was expelled with a red card. Anyway, things returned to normality when Plako scored the 2nd goal in 83rd minute.

A red card given by the referee to Arzo of Kairat equalized the forces in the field.

The only Albanian team still playing in Europe�s Cups will now meet with Czech team of Mlada Bolesav.
