�From the moment I received elections� preliminary results or the voting trend, the first thing I thought was to tell Albanian citizens that when you vote, you don�t simply go to polls for the �steering wheel� because the �safety belt� is important too,� Democratic Party member Halim Kosovo told reporters.According to him, citizens should also get ready for what he called �safety belt� during this four-year journey. Asked whether the �safety belt� of the new government would be the Democratic Party, Kosova said figuratively that the one getting in the car is the one who should put it and not the other coming after him or those at home.
