The Central Elections Commission (CEC) immediately reacted after the news that some vote counting centers had suspended the counting process.The chairman of CEC Klement Zguri informed at a news conference that CEC will immediately contact the zonal commissions of elections administration, ordering them to restart the counting process. According to Zguri, any delay in the counting process is considered an infringement of the Electoral Code while he warned that CEC will record any actions of the commissioners which hamper the elections� process.
