The Ministry of Interior Affairs is deeply concerned by the fact that the number of vote�s buying attempts denunciations has reached worrisome levels. Through a press statement released on Sunday the ministry encouraged the citizens to denounce these episodes while adding that these illicit acts would be followed by severe restrictive measures.

�The citizens are encouraged to denounce any vote�s buying attempt or intimidation related to the voting process. Their anonymity will be totally guaranteed. The same practice should be followed even by the polling stations commissioners. Local Commissions for Elections Administrations (LCEA) should be immediately informed over any irregularity during the voting process,� declared the Ministry of Interior.

The Minister of Interior Affairs, Dritan Demiraj ensures the citizens that every electoral crime will be severely punished through the force of the law.
