The High Court condemned on Wednesday the judge Majlinda Andrea with 4-years imprisonment on grounds of corruption. She was found guilty of passive corruption related to EUR 50.000 bribery in exchange for an asset in Butrint recognition.
Anyway she will not spend a single day in prison because the court�s sentence was commuted in 3-years of probation service.
Judge Andrea�s husband, Odise Andrea was condemned to 18-months imprisonment due to his minor role in this corruptive affair.
The High Court ordered also the confiscation of the sum of EUR 50.000 seized by the police during Odise Andrea�s arrest.
