Elez Gjoza of SMI Sued in Prosecution for Passive Corruption

The head of the Administrative Unit No. 2 in the capital, Elez Gjoza was sued on Friday in Prosecution for abuses with his duty.
State police informed that Gjoza who comes from the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) party, registered in his house 70 persons with the same residential code.
Prosecution suspects that he made this act to influence on the Parliamentary Elections. This institution pretends that he promised to these citizens employment in exchange to their vote for SMI.
He will be accused for passive corruption and falsification of documents.
