The Association and Union of Judges filed a complaint recently to the Constitutional Court against the Vetting Law and Judicial System.
According to them, some of the articles of these laws violates the constitution.
They requires to be abolished the articles which requires a 10-year experience and a "very good" experience for the judges and another article which states that the Commission for Strategic Planning and Budget Administration is made by two non-judge members and one judge member. They want the words two non-judges and one judge member to be removed.
