Albanians should refuse any pressure for vote buying. This was the appeal of the EU Ambassador, Romana Vlahutin in Albania few weeks ahead of the Parliamentary Elections.

From Shkodra, Vlahutin urged that the citizens should refuse any pressure and to not sell their votes for money or anything else.
