The Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs, Hoyt Brian Yee, postponed for some minutes on Monday his meeting with the Parliament Speaker, at the same time President-elect Ilir Meta.

He stayed more than was predicted in the Premier office, Edi Rama. For 80 minutes, they shared their opinions about the political crisis in Albania but still does not came out with a proposal of a possible solution.

His meeting with Meta was planned at 11:30, but he could come out Rama’s office at 11:50 a.m.

Yee’s visit is considered as the last chance for Albania to solve political crisis and make possible the opposition run in the elections.
