The leader of Environmentalist Agrarian Party (EAP), Agron Duka urged to the Democrat leader, Lulzim Basha on Wednesday to accept the idea of a caretaker government, even with Edi Rama as Prime Minister, as suggested by the Brussels envoys. According to him opposition should be given some guarantees for the elections with a caretaker government and join the electoral process with Rama as countrys PM.

We could accept to enter the electoral process even with the same PM, with the condition that a real caretaker government would be established, not with names defined by PM Rama. Electronic voting should also be an inalienable condition for this compromise solution, said Duka.

He underlined the importance of this process on view of the fact that smaller parties experienced votes leakage during the previous electoral processes. Meantime, referring to the electronic voting Duka said that this process might require more time thus its more difficult to be implemented.
