Just two days after setting the national record at 10,000 meters in the Albanian Cup held in "Elbasan Arena", the only one still absent in her trophies collection the Albanian athlete Luiza Gega made an important forward step in her career.

The Europe’s Vice-Champion signed a one-year agreement with the Turkish club of Fenerbahce. This news was confirmed by the club’s presidency through a press release in their official site.

The Albanian athlete holds the national record in the medium-distance races. She will now debut with the Turkish club in the Super league races that will take place in Ankara from June 6 to June 7.
