The Albanian Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati saluted on Friday the adoption by the Parliament of Montenegro of a draft for amendments and annexes in the territorial organization law, which clears the path to Tuz declaration as a proper commune. 

�This act, the consequence of a ruling coalition agreement, fulfills an ancient aspiration of the Albanians in Montenegro, enabling them to concentrate every managing and economic capacity in the commune�s development� the minister stated. 

He also expressed the deepest appreciation for the Montenegrin executive and all political factors that contributed in the achievement of this right for the Albanian population in this country. 

�As noted during the recent visit of Prime Minister Rama in Montenegro, Tuzi has the potential to create new synergies in the implementation of joints projects between two countries projects for cross-border development,� declared Bushati, while expressing his firm certitude that Albanians in Montenegro will show the necessary amenability to guarantee this new commune success.
