The leader of the opposition, Lulzim Basha accused on Wednesday the‘Prime Minister Edi Rama project for the Vetting as a mafia project, including even foreign diplomats.

From the so-called 'Freedom Tent' Basha denounced that the “European Union (EU) experts have been taken in hostage by the high ranks diplomats that act in accordance to PM Rama interests aiming to implement his Mafioso project for the Vetting. Through this project he aims to control the judicial system so that neither he nor his friend will ever be brought to the justice. We will never allow such thing to happen,”.

He underlined the fact that Premier’s plot was unveiled, but not at the right time.

“Everything was done with only one purpose, to place the judicial system in PM Rama’s hands. This project aimed to protect his interests, not the country’s interests. Thus, we will continue to stay here as an unsurpassable obstacle, preventing justice’s capture by PM Rama,” said the opposition’s leader.

Referring to the new republic he stressed that this idea does not include only a caretaker government but also free and fair elections, with electronic voting and counting, where neither the criminals nor the militants will be given a chance to manipulate the vote.
