Prime Minister, Edi Rama declared that the candidate for the new President of the Republic could be from the Albanians in Diaspora.

In an interview given to Dialog-Plus, Rama unveiled that the candidate could be outside the Albanian borders.

“Since the fall of Communism system, Albania was not good for the election of presidential figures. Most of them did not represent the unity of the country. So, I believe that we should search for personalities even outside the Albanian borders,” proposed Rama. The Premier underlined that he will not exclude any possibility.
