Emiljano Shullazi’s name appears in another scandal that involves the State Police. This time the scandal is related to the role played by Prisons’ Police in his transfer from the prison’s cell to a private hospital.

Shullazi’s transfer from the prison’s cell to a private hospital for specialized medical care was done by order of the former-Prisons Police Director, Petrit Koshaj.
