The same fee applied to the families for the power consumption will from now be applied also for the religious objects. This initiative of the Albanian executive, announced by Prime Minister, Edi Rama, aims to ease the religious objects activity. PM Rama used the legalization permission for Saint Thanas church issuing ceremony to define absurd the absent reconstruction and legalization of the religious objects after the ‘90s.

Easing of energy payments for the religious objects is an earlier request submitted by the religious communities in Albania, on view of the fact that the price paid so far based on businesses fee was in many cases in-affordable. At the same time, these objects legalization is seen as a correction of the destruction of many churches or mosques by the communist regime.
