The arrival of Summer Day was salutes by thousands of Elbasan citizens that respected the ancient tradition of gathering in city’s boulevard. 

A festive concert was organized by the City Hall in occasion of this day. Some of the most known Albanian singers performed in front of the citizens welcoming the arrival of the warm season. Numerous citizens from other cities also chose Elbasan for the celebration of the Summer Day. Fireworks gave even more charm to this special night. The festive atmosphere continued even in the bars and cafeterias of the city that welcomed numerous visitors from all around the country. 

Meanwhile March 14 morning started with fairs, concerts and sweets distribution extending a welcoming message to the warmer season.
