Former Interior Minister, Sajmir Tahiri avoided any comments over Prime Minister, Edi Rama decision to discharge on Tuesday. 

Present at the State Police fair opened in Tirana in occasion of Summer Day, he avoided a direct response to the journalists for any regrets related to his long period of work in this important position. 

“I want to wish everyone a Happy Summer Day. This day generates hope for a better future, a stronger state, a better country. The ‘Open Day’ fair organized by the State Police gives a chance to everyone to see that this is the police that we all want. Much has done but even much more needs to be done in the future,” said Tahiri.
