Tirana Administrative Court rejected on Friday a request submitted by former MP, Dashamir Tahiri for mandate’s restitution.

Former Democrat MP, Dashamir Tahiri addressed the Administrative Court on January demanding the abrogation of Central Election Commission (CEC) decision to strip him off the mandate.

Tahiri was stripped of the MPs mandate due to data concealment in the self-declaration form presented in accordance to the decriminalization law.

Socialist Movement for Integration, Shkelqim Selami and Kavaja Mayor, Elvis Roshi were released of duty under the decriminalization law that bans people convicted of crimes from holding public office.
